全生产流程制定了清晰的标准化作业指导书，从数控折弯、机器人焊接，到母线槽绝缘包覆、配电柜二次接线，每一个工序都有明确的操作规范与质量标准，杜绝随意化作业；Clear standard operating procedures cover the entire production flow, from CNC bending and robotic welding to busway insulation treatment and secondary wiring of distribution cabinets. Each process has strict specifications and quality standards to avoid arbitrary operation.
建立了“自检、互检、专检”的三检质控体系，每一道工序完成后，操作人员先自检，同班组人员互检，再由专职质检员专项检验，上一道工序不合格，绝不流入下一道环节；We have established a three level inspection system: self inspection by operators, mutual inspection among team members, and special inspection by dedicated quality controllers. Unqualified work shall never proceed to the next stage.
针对母线槽连接端处理、配电柜核心元器件安装、线路排布等关键工序，设置专属质控点，实行100%全检，不放过任何一处微小的瑕疵。For key processes such as busway connection treatment, core component installation and circuit layout, dedicated quality control points are set up with 100% full inspection, leaving no tiny defect unattended.
