从 99.99% 高纯度铜排的裁切、折弯、镀锡，到环氧树脂流化绝缘的一体式包覆；从智能配电柜的二次回路接线，到母线槽的模块化装配，每一道工序，都有严格的内控标准，而把这些标准落到实处的，是车间里每一位深耕多年的老师傅。From cutting, bending and tinning of 99.99% high-purity copper bars to integrated cladding with epoxy resin fluidized insulation; from secondary circuit wiring of smart distribution cabinets to modular assembly of busways, every process follows strict internal standards, which are faithfully implemented by senior skilled workers with years of workshop experience.
为了让母线槽连接端的接触电阻降到最低，他们会反复校准每一颗螺栓的紧固扭矩，不差分毫；To minimize the contact resistance at busway connection ends, they repeatedly calibrate the tightening torque of each bolt with extreme precision.
为了让环氧树脂绝缘层均匀无缝隙，他们会精准把控流化工艺的每一个参数，反复调试；To ensure a uniform and gap-free epoxy resin insulation layer, they accurately control and repeatedly adjust every parameter of the fluidized process.
为了让智能配电柜的接线整齐规范、零差错，他们会一根一根核对线号，一遍一遍校验通断，哪怕重复千百次，也绝不放过任何一个细节。To guarantee neat, standardized and error-free wiring of smart distribution cabinets, they check wire numbers one by one and test circuit connection repeatedly, never overlooking any detail even after thousands of repetitions.

为了打磨环氧树脂流化绝缘技术，他们反复调整配方、优化工艺，完成了上百次耐温、耐腐、阻燃测试，最终让这项技术通过了 UL94 V-0 阻燃认证、-40℃~150℃温差循环测试、欧盟 ROHS 环保认证，成为了我们的核心技术护城河；To polish the epoxy resin fluidized insulation technology, they adjusted formulas and optimized processes repeatedly, completing hundreds of temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and flame retardant tests. Ultimately, this technology obtained UL94 V-0 flame retardant certification, -40℃~150℃ thermal cycle test certification and EU RoHS environmental certification, becoming our core technological moat.
为了优化母线槽的温升控制，他们反复模拟不同工况下的运行状态，优化导体结构与散热设计，让产品温升控制远优于国标要求，解决了行业普遍存在的发热痛点；To optimize the temperature rise control of busways, they simulated operating conditions repeatedly and improved conductor structure and heat dissipation design, making the product’s temperature rise performance far exceed national standards and solving the common overheating pain point in the industry.
为了升级智能配电柜，他们扎根现场调研客户需求，打磨出 “一屏在手，全柜掌控” 的四遥全功能系统，让工业配电真正实现了智能化、低门槛、高可靠。To upgrade smart distribution cabinets, they conducted in-depth on-site research on customer demands and developed a full-function four-remote control system realizing "one screen for full cabinet control", enabling intelligent, user-friendly and highly reliable industrial power distribution.

从原材料进场开始，他们就开启了全流程的严格把控：They implement strict full-cycle control starting from raw material admission:
每一批铜材进场，必须完成纯度、电阻率全项检测，不合格的绝不入库；Every batch of copper materials must complete full testing on purity and resistivity, with unqualified materials rejected directly.
每一道生产工序，严格执行 “自检、互检、专检” 三检体系，上一道工序不合格，绝不流入下一个环节；Every production process strictly follows the "self-inspection, mutual inspection and professional inspection" system, preventing unqualified semi-finished products from entering the next process.
每一段母线槽、每一台配电柜出厂前，必须完成绝缘电阻、介电强度、回路通断全项测试，关键批次同步完成温升试验验证，哪怕有一项指标不达标，也绝不出厂。Before delivery, every busway and distribution cabinet must pass comprehensive tests on insulation resistance, dielectric strength and circuit connectivity. Key batches also complete temperature rise tests. No unqualified products will be delivered.
