国庆假期，美嘉科技员工志愿团队走上徒步赛道，参与本地麦田公益发起的 “一双球鞋的暴走” 公益活动，以行走践行善意，用行动致敬节日，为乡村儿童公益事业贡献一份力量。
During the National Day holiday, the volunteer team of Mega Technology took to the hiking trail and participated in the charity event "Walk for a Pair of Sneakers" launched by the local Maitian Public Welfare. They practiced kindness through walking, paid tribute to the festival with actions, and contributed to public welfare programs for rural children.
“一双球鞋的暴走” 是麦田公益打造的公众参与型公益项目，以 “徒步挑战 + 爱心募集” 的模式，号召社会公众通过完成约定里程的徒步，联动爱心资源为偏远地区乡村儿童募集球鞋、体育用品等运动物资，用以改善乡村学校体育配置条件，守护孩子们的运动成长权利。相较于传统捐赠形式，活动让每一位参与者都能用亲身实践传递善意，让公益更具参与感与真实感。
"Walk for a Pair of Sneakers" is a public-participatory charity program created by Maitian Public Welfare. Adopting the model of "hiking challenge + charity fundraising", it calls on the public to complete a designated hiking distance, mobilize caring resources to collect sneakers, sports goods and other athletic supplies for children in remote rural areas. The program aims to improve sports facilities in rural schools and safeguard children’s right to sports and growth. Compared with traditional donation methods, this event allows every participant to deliver kindness through personal experience, making public welfare more engaging and tangible.
本次出征的志愿队伍由公司各岗位员工自发报名组成，大家主动调整假期安排，全程参与活动各项环节，按照活动规则顺利完成了既定里程的徒步挑战。行进途中，团队成员结伴同行，互相鼓劲，有序走完所有赛程，用脚踏实地的每一步，兑现对公益的承诺，助力爱心物资的募集落地。
The volunteer team for this activity consisted of employees from various positions who signed up voluntarily. They proactively adjusted their holiday schedules, took part in all sessions of the event, and successfully completed the scheduled hiking challenge in compliance with event rules. Along the route, team members walked side by side, encouraged one another, and finished the whole race in good order. With every steady step, they honored their commitment to public welfare and supported the collection and delivery of donated supplies.
